Summer Enrichment Camp – Full Description

 

Our Summer Chess & Enrichment Camp offers a unique and engaging experience where learning meets creativity and fun. Designed for children of all skill levels, this program combines the strategic power of chess with hands-on activities that develop critical thinking, imagination, and problem-solving skills.

At the heart of our camp is chess instruction, where students improve concentration, logical thinking, and decision-making through guided lessons, puzzles, and friendly games. Whether your child is a beginner or an advanced player, our structured approach helps every student grow with confidence.

Beyond chess, campers enjoy a variety of enriching activities:

• Lego Building – Encourages creativity, engineering thinking, and teamwork through fun construction challenges.

• Art Sessions – Kids explore drawing, painting, and creative expression in a relaxed and inspiring environment.

• Science Activities – Simple, hands-on experiments that spark curiosity and introduce basic scientific concepts.

• Math Games – Interactive and enjoyable exercises that strengthen problem-solving and analytical skills.

• DIY Crafts – Fun projects that allow children to create, build, and take home their own handmade items

 

TYPICAL DAY

8:30 - 9am Arrival

9:00 - 10am Ela reading/ Writing enrichment

10 - 10:15am Lunch and Snack (provided by us)

10:15 - 11:15am Math enhancement

11:15 - 12pm Science research

12 - 12.15pm Departure for AM Students

12.15 - 1pm Lunch and Free Play

1pm - Arrival for PM Students

1 - 2pm Chess Lesson and Chess Play

2 - 3pm Art and Cooking

3 - 3:30pm Snack, Fruit and Ice-Cream (Provided by us)

3:30 - 4:30pm Lego and Robots

4.30 - 5:30pm Departure

TIMES

·        Full day: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

·        AM only: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

·        PM only: 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Camp Fees​

·        Single full day: $95

·        Half day am/pm: $55

AGES

        4-15

FOOD

        Chess Father Club will provide lunch and light snacks (including beverage) during scheduled snack times. Students should bring their own sack lunch
